THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SIT DOWN IN FRONT OF THE TV......LENNY WAS WATCHING AMERICAN IDOL SO SINCE IT WAS NOT THE USUAL SHOOT EM UP VIOLENCE I DECIDED TO STAY IN THE ROOM. THESE TWO PAPERS WERE JUST LYING THERE MINDING THEIR OWN BUSINESS AND I SAW A PENCIL ON THE TABLE BY MY CHAIR SOOOOOO.NOT SURE HOW YOU WOULD TITLE THESE, CARTOONS ?, DOODLES ?, THE WORK OF A CRAZY PERSON????? WHATEVER, IT IS ALL I HAD TO PUT ON HERE FOR NOW. YES, I AM WORKING ON JOURNAL # TWO AND IT IS GOING PRETTY SLOW. INSTEAD OF SHOWING THE PAGES ONE AT A TIME I PLAN TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE WHOLE THING WHEN IT IS DONE.
SO THAT'S ABOUT IT FOR NOW, KEEP SMILING, AND MAKE THEM WONDER WHAT YOU ARE UP TO!
THIS LADY ON THE LAST PAGE IS MY FAVORITE. SHE WAS THE LAST ONE I DID, MAYBE IF I DID TWENTY OR SO I COULD COME UP WITH A GOOD ONE.

OMG! I missed this post! I like your gals. People are always afraid to draw faces but it just takes a little practice. I think you did great! I've been doing little sketches of faces, too. I hadn't done any for a long time and this year I decided to start sketching again in the evenings.
You can draw so well. You should keep it up and see where it takes you. I can't draw, I make lines but that is just what they are.
I have been watching American Idol too...some real odd people and they seem to really believe they can sing. It is fun!
I bought the book, it had blind card stock for pages and I thought it would be good to work with. The cover is a collage of things I found and put together. I wanted to do something with the No Fat Fairy...she will be apart of the journal sometimes. I made her up to help me with my journey.
