WE ARE IN REVIVAL AT CHURCH AND I HAVE BEEN GETTING HOME KIND OF LATE SO BLOGGING HAS TAKEN A BACKSEAT FOR A FEW DAYS.
SORRY ABOUT THE GLARE, IT SEEMS TO HAPPEN WHEN THE PAPER IS GLOSSY. THIS IS THE LAST PAGE IN THE SECOND JOURNAL. THE NEXT TWO ARE A COUPLE OF UNFINISHED PAGES IN THE NEW ONE. AGAIN THERE IS A GLARE ON THE GIRLS HEAD. MY PLAN IS TO GO THROUGH THIS NEW BOOK WITH BACKGROUNDS FIRST AND THEN GO BACK AND JOURNAL LATER SINCE THE BOOK IS FOR MYSELF. I DID GO AHEAD WITH THE PURPLE PAGE AS I KNEW WHAT I WANTED TO SAY BEFORE I EVER PAINTED THE PAGES. SOMETIMES THOUGHTS FLOW WITH WORDS AND THEN AT OTHER TIMES I JUST GET COLORS. DO YOU FIND THIS HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARE WORKING IN A JOURNAL FORMAT?
WE ARE STILL HAVING SOME PRETTY COOL DAYS AND RAIN, BUT I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO THE WILDFLOWERS THAT WILL SOON EMBRACE THE ROADSIDES.
SPRING IS IN THE AIR AND WE HAVE SO MUCH TO BE THANKFUL FOR.

You're really going gangbusters with your journals! Once you start it becomes addictive. I love the purple page (you knew I would) and especially knowing about the "P" words!!!
Your journal pages are so pretty, I can see you enjoy doing them!
I hope you got my email, I sent you the jpg of the winter photo.
