stuck in scrapbook mode....

THIS IS ANOTHER UNFINISHED DOUBLE PAGE. HOPE EVERYONE HAD A VERY NICE VALENTINES DAY. SINCE IT FELL ON A SUNDAY THIS YEAR I SPENT MOST OF THE DAY AT CHURCH. MY EFFORTS AT MAKING AN ART JOURNAL IS NOT GOING THE WAY I WANTED IT TO. I KEEP DOING "SCRAP BOOK PAGES"
THIS SECOND ONE HAS BEEN PAINTED, I HAD WANTED A HILL OF BUSHES AND FLOWERS AND A BACKDROP OF TREES BUT I THINK THE TREES SHOULD BE TALLER?????? ABOUT THE ONLY THING I LIKE IN THIS IS THE SKY AND THE COLUMN.

THIS LAST DOUBLE PAGE IS ABOUT MY LOVE OF CATS AND MY GRANDMOTHER. I FEEL CERTAIN SHE PASSED IT ON DOWN TO ME. AND ONCE AGAIN THIS HAS A "SCRAPBOOK" LOOK ABOUT IT. I AM HAPPY WITH THE PAINTED PAGES BUT THEN THEY GET ALL COVERED UP. THIS IS THE THIRD ONE OF THESE ALTERED ART JOURNALS I HAVE MADE IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS, MAYBE I JUST NEED TO CHANGE DIRECTIONS AND DO SOMETHING ELSE FOR AWHILE???
GOT ANY SUGGESTIONS?

No,,,don't stop, scrapbook, Journal the only thing that matters is that you enjoy! I love your pages, they are a story and you are the teller.
Thank you for coming and leaving a comment on my page, my pages. It means so much to me that you come and see me. I am never sure what I am doing, I just know it is me....
Hugs, Mary

I agree with Shopgirl....do whatever makes you happy. Just go with what feels right to you. Your pages all speak volumes about who you are and that's how it should be.

So sorry I haven't visited before now. I'm going to have to do some reorganizing of my priorities. I'm getting a lot more comments and I do like to reply, but it all takes time. Moth had an accident with the car. That has taken up a lot of time with paper work, trying to find a replacement. Fortunately he was not hurt but has to have me with him when he goes for a colonscopy... etc. etc. etc. I'm going to try to set specific times to do comments that way I won't feel so guilty! I will come back and take a proper look at all your work. You HAVE been busy -- and I know comments are such encouragements.
