Don't Have a Clue

For some reason it took FOREVER for this to upload. And of course you cannot see the vibrant purple color but at least you can get an idea of just how beautiful this piece of material is.

Now what am I going to do with it? I know some of it will end up in Ca. but at this point I'm not sure of what it will be. This is the fabric I bought at the store I found Wednesday. Also bought some lavender seed beads that really stand out when laid on the purple.

Last night we got a much needed rain. What wonderful timing as I had just planted five small pine trees and some bamboo. The weather report is calling for more today so it is dreary looking just the kind of day to stay indoors and create.....since I have nothing in mind for this piece yet I think it will be valentines.

So am I the only "have to have that" nut that buys something without a thought as to what you "have to have" it for? Ok some of you creative people, give me some ideas.

I do that all the time...and I'm a collector of fabrics. I have three boxes full that haven't found uses yet!
Looks like a pretty one to me. Maybe something to do with royalty, since it is so regal looking.

I love the fabric but no creativity jumped out at me when I saw it. It looks very thick... could it be used for upholstry? Sorry I am no hope at all. Have a great weekend!

That is beautiful fabric. I can't tell you how many "fat quarters" I have waiting to be transformed into something creative!! So little time...so many things to create!!
I know you'll come up with an idea. You are so creative. I tend to have to have someone lead the way.
Have a good weekend Gail.

Beautiful fabric...and the beads sound lucious! You'll find something to use it on...how about another ATC??

Whatever it becomes I'm sure it will be gorgeous!
And don't even go there about buying things with no project in mind!!! I am the Queen of doing that! I am just now using things I've saved for at least 10 years!

It's very beautiful. If only I could sew, I could give you ideas, but alas........ whatever you make I'm sure it will be wonderful. And no, you are not the only one that buys "gotta have" stuff!! ;)
